Youth 4 Change

Youth 4 Change is an after-school and summer program that directly responds to the growing number of young people who are having a turbulent transition to adulthood. We offer a positive support system to avoid the pitfalls that can derail their lives. Youth 4 Change creates a learning environment that is an invaluable resource to young people, parents, aspiring mentors, and the community at large.

This program runs throughout the summer for children ages 11 to 16. Youth 4 Change offers mentoring, sports, computer training, field trips, and lots of FUN for participants.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

Many people are only a paycheck away from having the electricity disconnected. We aim to prevent that from happening to anyone who is truly in financial desperation. In cooperation with Florida Power & Light Company and the Ft. Pierce Utilities Authority, LIHEAP can pay utility bills for households that qualify up to twice a year.

For information on eligibility requirements, please contact our office at (772) 461-7788.

Cold Weather Shelter

During the winter months, we keep our doors open to offer a warm, safe place for those in need to congregate and sleep. We provide hot meals, access to personal hygiene products, and hot showers through our partnership with the Assembly of Jesus Christ Church. The shelter is officially closed for the season and will reopen once the temperature drops to 40 degrees. For those who are homeless, there are services available through many of our community partners.
