Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

Many people are only a paycheck away from having the electricity disconnected. ITIOC aims to help prevent that from happening to anyone who is truly in financial desperation. In cooperation with Florida Power & Light Company and the Ft. Pierce Utilities Authority, ITIOC can pay utility bills for households that qualify up to twice a year.
